Questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign in with a Google or Microsoft work account and your organisation is created with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed. You get reminders before it ends; if you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only rather than being deleted straight away.
What counts as a project?
Each application you monitor in SaaS Sentinel counts as one project. Archived applications do not count.
Do I only pay for the projects I actually monitor?
Yes. You pay for the number of projects you monitor — nothing more. If you have 7 projects you pay for 7 in total, if you have 12 you pay for 12, and so on. The Starter subscription includes your first 5 projects; each project beyond that is charged at its band price, and each band only applies to the projects inside it. If you stop monitoring a project, your next bill falls too.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude tax. VAT or other sales tax for your region is calculated by Stripe at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Who issues the invoices?
Billing is managed through Stripe and invoices are issued by SystemAssure ITSM Ltd. You can cancel at any time from the billing page.
